Cartoon Network Demotivation

Description

(I wouldn't be the LEAST bit surprised if someone has already done something like this;D)

While I am not a critical person (and, well known for being open-minded), even I have to admit that Cartoon Network has gone downhill lately.

good shows like Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls and Samurai Jack
have been replaced with the likes of Gumball, Adventure Time, Clarence (and, the newest "Uncle Grandpa")

It's just like Craig McCracken said in regard to him taking 'Wander Over Yonder' to Disney:

"Cartoon Network isn't interested in intelligent programs, anymore."

Well, just looking at the commercials of CN's "modern hits" certainly makes me feel like my I.Q. has dropped a few points.

So, for this reason I made this witty little meme.

I don't even care if I receive back lash from those who actually LIKE todays Cartoon Network shows.
there are plenty of fans of the "Old CN" who will back me up on this.

Well there are many times where Adventure Time and Gumball actually WERE good, they actually had episodes and/or moments that were either incredibly funny or uniquely interesting. In fact, Adventure Time is actually considered to be one of the most groundbreaking cartoon series of the 2010s decade.

Nowadays Steven Universe is pretty much Cartoon Network’s only show to have good storytelling. And so was OK K.O before it ended, in fact the creator of OK K.O actually was a Classic CN fan, which is why he put plenty of classic CN Easter eggs, especially in the Crossover Nexus episode. And despite Craig of the Creek being a decent show, there was one episode where one character keeps talking about how much he loved a lot of CN’s old shows (the shows he mentions being Dexter’s Laboratory, Ed Edd N’ Eddy, Codename: Kids Next Door, and Symbiotic Titan)

So just because Vishnu Athreya (the one who’s TRULY in charge of the schedule, NOT THE F**KING C.E.O.) and many other employees are causing the Network to go into a never ending downward spiral, doesn’t mean there’s never hope.

Although I WILL say this, even though TTG is a very bad show, half of its hatebase is much MUCH worse
