This one particular line is worth noting.
as it pretty much shows that if there IS other life beyond our own galaxy.."we" all share something in common..
We both think we are the center of the universe
Indeed, in ancient times, the first astronomers believed that the sun revolved around the Earth like our moon does.
instead of Earth being one of several planets that orbits around the sun as we now know today.
Some even literally believing Earth WAS at the center of everything.
in fact, those who DON'T take the Sci-Fi genre as more than fiction, and a possibility
believe that somehow we are the ONLY sentient species that exists in this vast universe.
but, as Lockdown said: "We have NO IDEA."

Lockdown, was so much more than just another villain. the things he said and the way he did things were so dark and existentially grim. He's almost like a character in some H.P. Lovecraft work.
